Please note that with all of our services, there is a base rate (Admin Fee) of $129.00.  When you do your own estimation, please include this in your analysis. We also have two different pricing models based on your needs. 

When you book with us, we require a 10% to 25% non-refundable deposit of the total estimated cost of your move or junk removal job. Essentially all jobs under $500 require a 25% Non-refundable down-payment to secure our services. 

Completing your estimation involves including the admin fee + the fees associated with our pricing model. At times we charge additional fees including an "Emergency Response" fee which is the fee associated with anyone that needs our services within 24 hours. This fee ranges anywhere from $200 to $1,000 depending on the service needed. 

Model #1: Labor Only which includes 2 to 3 workers for your job site. This rate ranges from $199/Hr to $399/Hr depending on what you need to have done. This pricing model is for families who are moving and want a simple pricing plan.

Here is what we typically charge for the size of your home:

***Studio and 1 Br apartments $199.00/hr

***2br are $249.00/hr

***3br+ are $325.00/hr

The hourly rate model is designed for individuals who may want simple pricing or cant submit photos due to being an absentee owner. We like to work with you on your project. 

Model #2: Itemized Services include individual prices for your project. Sometimes it can be cheaper to go with the itemized rate for a smaller project. (ex. Single Couch would cost $129.00 vs. the Hourly rate of $150/hr)

Also...most Junk Removal Jobs require dispo/dump fees. These are associated with your quote for special item dumps such as appliances and electronics.

Two Pricing Models

We offer two pricing models for our moving services. The firest Model is our Itemized rate model which we do invidivual rates for each item to move. This is where we come to your home and list everything that needs to be moved. We do a full estimate based on every item moved.

A. Furniture/Couches - $150.00

B. Loveseats/Mattresses - $100.00

C. Small Dressers - $30.00

D. Medium Dresser - $50.00

E. Large Dressers - $100.00

F. Boxes and Totes - $15.00

G. Portable A/C & Heating - $25.00

H. Bagging - $10.00

I. Stairs/Flights/Long Walkways - $250.00

J. Assembly/Disassembly - $250.00

K. Infestation (Rodents/Insects) - $750.00

L. Obstruction - $250.00

M. Mileage - Range $2.00 to $3.00/Mile 

N. Trash Bag Disposal - $12.00

O. Appliances - $165.00

Our second model is our labor only pricing model where you would choose to only have us provide labor. All of our moving services are included in this rate but our rate for this service ranges from $249.00/Hr to $399.00/Hr per hour and NO Admin Fee. Often times customers want a simplier pricing model and this is th answer. This model includes 3 workers for your project.

Please note: We do not handle extra large items like pool tables or pianos currently. 

Also note that the above prices include only 2 workers. Prices are subject to change based on the need for more workers and the time requirements for completing your project. 

Junk removal is a service that we offer where the price is determined by the material, cost of disposing, and the weight of the item. We're not opposed to traveling for you needs and we typically charge by the load size. 

For most junk removal jobs, we have to be on-site to give you an accurate quote. Submitting photos definitely helps! We suggest placing a soda can in the front of the photo to give us a proper view.

Single Item: $150.00

Quarter Load: $295.00

Half Load: $425.00

Three Quarters Load: $550.00

Full Load: $635.00

With us, you'll never pay more than $635.00 per full truck.

2 Truck Size = 10 Foot Box Truck

3 Truck Size = 15 Foot Box Trcuk

If the job is small meaning like a single couch...we do not charge an admin fee. Prices for this service range from $135.00/Hr to $199.00/Hr depending on the size of the items and how long it takes.
